These terms apply to everyone who uses hy-gen. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Accounts
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
Suppliers
- Suppliers must be verified before listing products, and must keep their documents and certifications valid.
- Product descriptions, specifications and prices must be accurate. Every listing is reviewed before publication.
- The supplier is the seller. Each supplier is responsible for the products they sell, and for delivering and invoicing them.
Buyers
- Orders are placed with one supplier at a time. Prices are in INR; tax and shipping are shown at checkout.
- Purchase orders are binding once the supplier confirms them.
Liability
hy-gen provides the marketplace. We verify suppliers but do not manufacture the equipment listed. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Indian law.
